The role of the Project Worker is an opportunity for a pro‑active person to join an evolving Care Company. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic person. The support team will provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
The team will be inducted and trained in anticipation of the role. The people we support require support around their daily living skills, health needs and will have a diagnosis of learning disability and or autism.
We require a Support Team who is empathetic and non‑judgemental, someone who has experience in behaviour that can be challenging.
These qualifications are essential for success in the role of a Full‑Time Project Worker. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of core skills such as care experience, premium skills like nursing home experience and dementia care, as well as relevant skills including driving and medication administration.
