Senior Therapeutic Support Worker North Shropshire

Location: SY13, SY4, Market Drayton, Newport
Salary: £30,360 £32,906 (DOE) + £65 per sleep-in night
Working Pattern: 173 hours/month + sleep-ins
Shift Times: 07:00, rolling 2 days on / 4 days off
Sleep-in Hours: 23:30
Driving License: Full UK license required

What you'll do as a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker:

  • Lead and manage shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Support and develop therapeutic support workers
  • Deliver structured, nurturing care for children with challenging behaviours
  • Promote wellbeing, safety, and life opportunities for young people
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies
  • Uphold high standards in reporting, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Deputise for the Home Manager when required
