A niche consultancy firm is seeking a building surveyor to join their team in Central London. In this role, you will be responsible for project delivery and providing technical consultancy services across various sectors. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a construction-related field, relevant experience, and a positive work ethic. A niche consultancy practice operating at the highest level across a variety of sectors. They act for a wide variety of clients including asset managers, charities, tier one institutions, livery companies, private clients and family offices. Their work is generated exclusively through a foundation of trusted, second‑generation repeat private clients. This loyalty is a direct result of the Director’s 20+ year commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships.
They are looking for a self‑motivated, conscientious and eloquent building surveyor to join them and play a formative role in continuing their successful delivery of project & technical consultancy. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work in and shape a growing company!
Ideally, you will have building surveying/project management experience in the UK across the full skillset including:
Full range of building consultancy services including technical due diligence, condition surveys, defects analysis, reinstatement cost assessments, party walls & neighbourly matters and dilapidations.
Project values range between £500k - £20M.
