We are recruiting a fabulous new role for a small but highly successful Venture Capital firm, based in a beautiful office in Covent Garden.
Note: this role requires EA experience within Venture Capital.
The role involves supporting three Partners who travel extensively. Responsibilities include organising complex diaries and meeting arrangements, managing inboxes, and coordinating various weekly events and dinners. Prior experience managing travel and schedules to the US and Israel, and familiarity with these time zones, is advantageous.
Additional administrative tasks include updating social media, filing important legal and financial documents, using CRM systems, and utilising Google Workspace.
The ideal candidate will be bright, exceptionally organised, emotionally intelligent, and have previous EA/PA experience in a fast-paced Venture Capital environment.
The firm offers an excellent benefits package, with a hybrid working model: Mon/Fri WFH and Tues-Thu in the office. Working hours are 9 am - 6 pm.
