A leading healthcare institution in Bath is seeking a Maintenance Craftsperson Fire to ensure the safety and compliance of fire systems. This role involves performing maintenance checks and repairs on fire safety equipment, participating in an on-call rota, and assisting in various fire system projects. Candidates should have adequate technical training and knowledge in fire systems. The organization values wellbeing and offers comprehensive support for employee development.
Maintenance Craftsperson Fire: Work within the Estates Operational Team to provide a safe, appropriate and cost‑effective environment for effective healthcare delivery. Assist in delivering PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and a reactive maintenance service – including out‑of‑hours service – to the Trust in accordance with the Service Level Agreement so that the Trust’s engineering/building systems and equipment are maintained proactively or returned to safe and effective operation as soon as possible after a failure. Carry out repairs and remedial works on various aspects of the Trust’s Estates in accordance with statutory regulations and best practice; participate in the on‑call rota.
