A trusted financial planning firm is seeking a Paraplanner to prepare detailed financial planning reports and assist with client queries. The successful candidate will have experience in financial advice or wealth management, with strong report writing and communication skills. Varied workload across pensions, investments, and protection
Hybrid working with excellent progression opportunities
Prepare detailed Financial Planning Reports for Advisers to present to clients
Conduct research and analysis on financial products and solutions to support tailored recommendations
Assist with client reviews and handle day-to-day client queries
Submit and monitor applications with product providers
Maintain accurate and compliant client records within the company’s systems
Prepare client review packs, illustrations, and documentation as required
Keep up to date with financial products, legislation, and regulatory changes
Work in line with firm and industry guidelines, maintaining compliance and data integrity standards
Proven experience within a financial advice or wealth management firm, including report writing and technical support
Diploma-qualified (or working towards this) preferred, though strong paraplanning experience will also be considered
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information
Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Team player with a professional and positive approach
