Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed Financial Planning Reports for Advisers to present to clients

  • Conduct research and analysis on financial products and solutions to support tailored recommendations

  • Assist with client reviews and handle day-to-day client queries

  • Submit and monitor applications with product providers

  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records within the company’s systems

  • Prepare client review packs, illustrations, and documentation as required

  • Keep up to date with financial products, legislation, and regulatory changes

  • Work in line with firm and industry guidelines, maintaining compliance and data integrity standards

Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a financial advice or wealth management firm, including report writing and technical support

  • Diploma-qualified (or working towards this) preferred, though strong paraplanning experience will also be considered

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information

  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Team player with a professional and positive approach
