A community-focused housing provider is seeking a proactive Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Manager in Milton Keynes. This role is pivotal in promoting safety and compliance across operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Health and Safety legislation, managing training programs, and conducting audits. Candidates should have a NEBOSH Diploma, relevant membership, and experience in construction-related health and safety. The position offers a competitive salary, car allowance, and various employee benefits.
Annual salary: up to £45,000.00
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £45,000 per annum plus £4,500 car allowance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Fulltime – permanent Monday – Friday

We are looking for a proactive and experienced SHEQ Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders across our responsive repairs, planned works, and compliance operations. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with legislation, and promoting a strong safety culture across the branch.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
