1. POSITION
The Company hires the Employee to lead and oversee all strategic and operational matters of the department. Positions include:

2. DURATION
This is a fixed-term contract of 10 months, renewable upon mutual agreement. Work to commence as soon as possible.
3. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

4. REPORTING & COLLABORATION
Report directly to the Founder of MPW-D and the Brand Spirit Director. Collaborate with other department heads and project teams.
5. WORK HOURS
Approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility for meetings and project needs. Additional hours may be negotiated.
6. MEETING AVAILABILITY
Available for meetings aligned with U.K. time zones and urgent calls.
7. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
High proficiency in English, spoken and written.
8. REMUNERATION
Hourly rate: £30/hr. Bonuses, equity shares, or benefits may be available as per separate agreements. Monthly stipend for internet/electricity: £20–£40.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
All proprietary materials remain the property of MPW-D. Confidentiality must be maintained during and after the contract.
