CLOSER is a Creative Agency and Brand Incubator. We collaborate with global luxury and lifestyle brands to achieve visionary creativity, culture, and craft across marketing campaigns, customer experiences, brand design, product design, and new media technologies.

We are a team of sixty primarily centered in New York, London, and Thessaloniki.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and execute visually striking, culturally resonant work across brand identities, campaigns, and integrated experiences.

As a Senior Graphic Designer at CLOSER, you will collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring ideas to life with exceptional craft and conceptual rigor. You’ll work across a range of projects for leading luxury and lifestyle brands, designing for everything from large-scale brand worlds to social and digital content.

About You

You are a conceptually driven designer with a refined aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail. You’re passionate about storytelling through design and understand how to translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives.

Comfortable working across multiple mediums and formats, you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and have experience delivering best-in-class work for premium or luxury brands. You’re always seeking to push the boundaries of creativity while maintaining clarity and elegance in execution.

Responsibilities

This is a list of the expected day-to-day responsibilities expected of this role:

• Develop and execute high-level design concepts across brand identity systems, campaign key visuals, digital content, packaging, and experiential touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and strategists to ensure design solutions are strategically sound and creatively inspiring.
• Translate complex ideas and narratives into clear, impactful visual executions that resonate with audiences and align with brand values.
• Take ownership of design projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring excellence in craft and consistency in visual language.
• Create presentation materials, mood boards, and design guidelines to communicate concepts and design thinking to clients and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of design trends, cultural shifts, and emerging technologies to inspire fresh and forward-thinking creative approaches.
• Oversee and guide junior designers, providing mentorship and constructive feedback to help elevate the team’s work.
• Attend photoshoots and productions when required to ensure visual consistency and support art direction.
• Collaborate with production teams to prepare final assets for print, digital, and other media, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout.

Requirements

Below is what we will be looking for when reviewing your application.

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with significant experience working with premium, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a balance of conceptual thinking and refined design craft across multiple touchpoints and mediums.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition, with impeccable attention to detail.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.); motion design skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, with the ability to design for multiple formats and channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and teams.
• Experience mentoring or overseeing junior designers, with a passion for fostering talent and building creative culture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Culturally connected and curious, with a strong sense of contemporary visual trends and how they can be harnessed to elevate brand work.
