Job summary
A social housing service provider in Malvern is seeking a Multi Trader. You'll be responsible for various trades including plumbing and carpentry. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills and must have a full driving license. A supportive team environment and opportunities for personal development are offered. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work.

Responsibilities
- Provide services in various trades including plumbing and carpentry.
- Maintain effective working relationships with clients and customers.
- Ensure safety for site staff and residents.
- Present a smart appearance as a customer-facing business.

Our services consist of voids, planned works, larger repairs and occasional responsive repairs.
- As a Multi Trader you will need to be confident in all trades such as basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, kitchen & bathroom installs, painting and decorating.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external Clients and customers.
- Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
- Be smart in appearance as we are customer facing Business
- Social housing background preferred but not essential
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure
- Ability to work as part of team.
- Full driving licence
- We can offer PAYE (Salary) or Self-employed (Per Hour) salary's will be discussed upon application.
- Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers
- Monday - Friday, 08am - 16:30pm
- Weekend work optional
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
