Multi-Trade Operative
Social Housing - Eccles, Manchester
At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their team for a 12 week contract working on social housing in Eccles, Manchester. The successful Multi-Trade Operative will have experience working on tenanted properties on both reactive and planned maintenance (mostly planned).

The pay rate for this role is £20PH CIS and it comes with a van and fuel card.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and tenants ensuring appointments and repairs are completed to a high standard. Using their skillset to work effectively in a ato carry out general reactive and planned maintenance in social housing.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Kitchen and bathroom refurbs
• Joinery
• Plumbing
• Plastering - Full room plastering
• Tiling
• Hold a relevant trades qualification (NVQ2 or equivalent)
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)
• Have experience in Social Housing Repairs
• Have, or are willing to have a DBS check
• Hold a valid CSCS card
