• Confident with Excel, Word & Office 365.
• Full UK driving licence.

Role Overview

We\'re seeking a highly skilled Head of Electrical Operations to lead our electrical division, overseeing projects from inception to completion. You\'ll manage teams, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the electrical team (hiring, training, reviews).
• Oversee electrical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to spec.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and cost control.
• Maintain client relationships as primary point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce quality control, and promote H&S best practice.
• Provide technical expertise and drive process improvements.

Essential Requirements

• Valid CSCS Black Card / SSSTS.
• Level 2/3 electrical qualifications, NVQ, AM2, HVAP Switching.
• Minimum 5 years\' experience managing large-scale electrical projects (construction/demolition).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Confident with Excel, Word & Office 365.
• Full UK driving licence.

Preferred

• PMP certification or degree in Electrical/Construction Management.
• Experience in renewable energy projects & BIM.
• IOSH or equivalent H&S training

Working Conditions

• The position may require working in both office and field environments.
• Travel to project sites and client meetings.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines
