A leading automotive recruitment firm is looking for a Service Advisor in the Christchurch area. You will be the primary contact for customers, managing service bookings and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.   • Liaising with technicians and management to ensure efficient workshop operations.
  • Providing accurate service estimates, managing appointments, and maintaining service records.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the service journey.
  • Promoting additional products and services to meet dealership targets.

Are you organised, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy main dealer team in the Christchurch area. What\'s on Offer
  • Salary: Up to £32,000 basic
  • Bonus: £400 per month for hitting performance targets
  • Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
  • Main Dealer Opportunity: Work with leading brands and industry-standard systems

Working Hours
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Key Responsibilities
