A leading construction firm in East London seeks a Design Manager to oversee design packages for residential recladding projects. The role requires significant experience in residential projects valued at over £1 million and strong references. Occasional site visits are expected, and the candidate must reside within commutable distance to Central/West London. Competitive salary and immediate start available.
A Design Manager is required to oversee design packages on several residential recladding projects around London. The schemes are valued at £1-10M in total and consist of the removal of combustible cladding materials. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build residential projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a Senior Design Manager any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a head office based role with occasional site visits also required.
Applicants must have experience of on projects of at least £1m with leading residential Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / West London.
