A leading professional services firm is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house and administrative support. Located in Hook, you will greet visitors, manage calls, and handle various administrative tasks. Pay : £13.50 per hour

Hours : Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00, Friday 08:00–15:00

We are looking for a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house and administrative support at our site in Hook. This role is ideal for someone organised, confident, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Answer and manage telephone calls / switchboard
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes
  • Manage boardroom schedules and equipment
  • Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, and preparing mail
Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Well organised with a high level of confidentiality
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–4 years’ previous experience in a similar role
