Job summary
A leading defense technology company in the UK is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to streamline production processes and support new product introductions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Responsibilities
- Ensure designs released to production are manufacturable and testable.
- Support new Product Introduction Phase of the Design Process.
- Conduct root cause analysis of Non-Conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Manage equipment maintenance scheduling to minimize production stoppages.
- Develop and maintain work instructions to ensure consistent standards.
