Responsibilities

• Ensure designs released to production are manufacturable and testable.
• Support new Product Introduction Phase of the Design Process.
• Conduct root cause analysis of Non-Conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Manage equipment maintenance scheduling to minimize production stoppages.
• Develop and maintain work instructions to ensure consistent standards.
