• Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10/11.
• Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support via our helpdesk system.
• Support, maintain, install, and upgrade IT infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain IT assets and software licenses.
• Communicate effectively across the business with service notifications.

Skills
