• Assisting with the preparation and editing of written responses that address client needs.
• Working with subject matter experts to shape content and ensure responses are clear, relevant, and client-focused.
• Proof-reading and checking documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Helping to collate supporting evidence and examples for use in submissions.
• Learning how to review responses against scoring criteria and contribute ideas for improvement.

• Some experience in bids or proposals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from others.
• Organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Enthusiasm to grow your career in bid writing, with professional development supported by our APMP corporate membership.
