A fast-growing organization based in Stevenage seeks a creative Marketing Manager to lead impactful marketing strategies and manage a small team. This hands-on role requires strong project management skills and experience in FMCG/food & drink sectors. The successful candidate will oversee campaigns, engage with customers, and drive sales growth while supporting new product development. A competitive salary and benefits are offered for this 12-month maternity cover contract.

Your role will include developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive sales growth, lead major marketing projects including rebranding and product launches, oversee trade marketing initiatives as well as supporting new product development.
You’ll also plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns including digital and traditional, reporting on weekly and monthly KPI's, marketing insights and management of a small team of 3.
Experience within FMCG/food & drink, would be great as well as market research, digital marketing, data analytics and brand management.
This is a 12‑month maternity cover contract, working full time hours, offering a competitive salary and benefits.
