Job summary
A dynamic Main Contractor in Essex is seeking a No.1 Site Manager for a permanent role to oversee new build projects, specifically in steel frame industrial and warehouse construction. Candidates must demonstrate a successful background with reputable contractors and hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and manage projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications
- Must have experience as a No.1 Site Manager for a reputable Main Contractor.
- Track record in managing new build industrial / warehouse projects required.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications necessary.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the new build project from start to finish.
- Manage on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.
