Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a construction contract environment.
• Experience in measurement and valuation of construction works.
• Understanding of budget control and management of budgets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for verifying and certifying payment of suppliers.
• Prepare and present monthly reports showing cost position.
• Assist in developing and compiling NEC4 contract documents.

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong numeracy and financial management ability

Education
