A leading construction firm in Peterborough is seeking a Project Commercial Manager to oversee commercial and cost management for projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate estimates, manage the procurement process, and oversee subcontractor compliance. The role requires a strong educational background, experience in managing complex projects, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This position offers a hybrid working model.
We are looking to strengthen our Commercial team with a Project Commercial Manager based at our Peterborough office with hybrid working available. As our new Projects Commercial Manager you’ll be accountable for the commercial and cost management for the project from inception to close out reporting directly to the Project Director.
Using your expertise and commercial nous, you’ll challenge current commercial thinking and agreements. You’ll work with the Project Director and their team on all project matters as you look to leave a positive and lasting impression across the Alliance.
Educated to Degree/HNC level or equivalent. RICS/CIOB/CICES
Delivery of multiple and or complex projects ranging in values from £100k to multi-million pound projects with experience of the following:
