Interim HR Project Lead
Job summary
A local authority in Essex is seeking an experienced HR Project Lead for at least 6 months. The role involves leading the rollout of a Performance Management Policy, supporting HR contract management, and handling various HR projects including Employee benefits. Applicants should have experience with Performance Management Frameworks and Power BI. This hybrid position requires on-site work for 2-3 days a week, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in rolling out a new Performance Management Framework.
- Strong background in managing various small HR projects.
- Experience with Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Lead on the roll out of a Performance Management Policy and Framework.
- Support the Head of HR in managing HR contracts.
- Work on ad hoc HR projects including Employee benefits and Equalities reports.
Skills
We are looking for an experienced HR Project Lead to support an Essex based local authority for at least 6 months.
Your key deliverables during this time will be:
- Lead on the roll out of a Performance Management Policy and Framework
- Supporting the Head of HR in managing HR contracts – this will include attending meetings, preparing reports, bench marking other providers, creatively working on maximising returns
- Ad hoc HR projects that come through which would likely be – Employee benefits, Equalities reports, Agency reports, Help disseminate MI by using Power BI
To be considered, your CV needs to show:
– That you have rolled out a new Performance Management Framework in a project management capacity
– That you have a strong background in managing various small HR projects
– That you have experience with Power BI
Ideally you will have public sector experience.
This is a hybrid role where you will be on site 2-3 days a week in South Essex and the rest of the week is from home
