Job: Electrical Trainer
Locations: Leicester/Dartford/Thatcham/Hamilton/Rotherham
Salary/Day Rate: £Negotiable (5/10 days a month)
Duration: 12 months

Our client, is looking for experienced and qualified Electrical Engineers who would like to teach the next of Electricians by sharing their skills, experience and knowledge. Working with our client, who is well known in the Energy industry, you would be expected to dedicate 5-10 days a month to this position.
Over the next 12 months you would be committed to sharing your wealth and knowledge, whilst carrying out best practices to assist in the learning and development of future electricians. Whilst growing their minds with the knowledge this skill offers, you will be applying confidence and enhancing their understanding on what safe working practices look like. In addition, you will build an environment which is safe to challenge and support. In doing so, you will respectfully question processes, decisions, behaviours and working methods that don't effectively lead to the right outcome. It's about being comfortable sharing views and putting suitable support mechanisms in place to support others in the face of adversity.
You will be required to deliver of all aspects of technical training for external engineers in this sector, in line with the needs of the customers training requirements. Ensuring engineers attending training meet the requirements of the courses in line with the client needs and course outcomes.

You must have at least 5 years UK employment history working as an electrician or within an electrical role
You will be required to provide certificates of relevance.
