This Senior Paraplanner job in Bromsgrove provides hybrid working and opportunity to join an established technical research team.

As a Senior Paraplanner, you will be focused on delivering comprehensive financial research across a wide range of advice types, including plenty of complex cases. In addition, you will be undertaking tax and other complex calculations on behalf of the Financial Advisors for their clients.

Furthermore, as a Senior Paraplanner, it is common that other Paraplanners in the team will look up to you due to your technical expertise and experience. As a business that embraces development and supporting others, it is likely you will have an element of training and onboarding fellow Paraplanners, to enable them to embed within the team and flourish in the role. You may also have opportunity to assist in identifying process improvements and working with management to develop the team.

Senior Paraplanner Requirements

• You must have strong experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA firm
• You must hold your full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
• Individuals working towards Chartered / Advanced qualifications would be beneficial
• You must be confident in constructing thorough financial planning research and reports, including complex cases
