Operations & Asset Management Lead - Commercial Real Estate

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £75,000 plus £5,000 Car Allowance

We have an exciting new opportunity as part of our Vision 2030 growth plans for a national Operational Lead to join our Asset Management team. The experienced candidate will be responsible for driving the operational delivery of large national diverse portfolios across multiple existing clients whilst also developing new business.

Main tasks:
  • Work in collaboration with Head of Asset Management and Head of Operations to raise technical standards of asset management delivery.
  • Be accountable for technical standards, compliance and legislation
  • Drive delivery against SLAs/KPIs and have accountability for overall performance and quality.
  • Work in partnership with Client teams to ensure delivery and control of budgets.
  • Embrace and implement innovation.
  • Develop new business.
  • Assist with new contract mobilisations.
  • Produce resource, scope and cost estimates to support commercial tender opportunities.
  • Provides sound advice and effective management for a wide range of property industry and private clients.
