A luxury fashion brand in Manchester seeks a Store Manager Assistant to enhance sales performance and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves coaching sales associates, managing store operations, and resolving customer issues. Supporting the Store Manager to drive category performance with supervision of sales team to ensure great customer experiences. Driving sales goal attainment and providing real-time performance coaching to drive the overall Burberry Experience and Burberry Behaviours.
