A global recruitment firm is seeking an experienced recruiter / learning and development professional to join their ambitious team in Croydon, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a 12-week onboarding program multiple times a year, provide coaching and hands-on training, and support junior managers in their development. Applicants should have ideally 2+ years of recruitment experience and a process-driven approach to thrive in a high-performance environment.
Qualificações
- Ideally 2+ years experience in Recruitment.
- Familiarity with learning and development processes.
- Ability to motivate and assist in talent development.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver a 12-week onboarding academy, multiple times a year.
- Provide hands-on day-to-day sales leadership and coaching.
- Manage trainee performance and report to Senior Leaders.
