A global leader in animal health is seeking a Commercial Leader for Livestock Milking and Automation in the UK. The role focuses on developing commercial plans, enhancing customer engagement, and executing a dairy strategy. Ideal candidates possess at least 10 years of sales experience in technology or agriculture with a deep understanding of the dairy industry. Strong project management, organizational skills, and excellent communication in English are required. Travel is estimated at 25%-50%, including international opportunities.
The EURAM Livestock Milking and Automation Commercial Leader is mainly responsible for executing the Milking and Automation portion of our dairy strategy. This role partners closely with global marketing, local sales leads and technical teams to coordinate the successful execution and deployment of our products, services and brands in the dairy space; the core activity would be to accelerate the technology solutions’ adoption, while executing launch excellence, according to our rich innovation roadmap. The role is responsible for presenting carefully outlined business cases to executive leadership.
