A leading global healthcare provider is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is pivotal in engaging with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7AW (3 days per week in office)

Reporting to a Talent Business Partner [TBP] in the London HR Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist [TAS] isresponsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for hires in their area, to consistently deliverthe best talent in the market to Cleveland Clinic London.
Acting as a specialist in Talent Acquisition, the TAS will engage with candidates and hiring managersthroughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive relationship with them, and providing support andguidance during the recruitment process.
In a competitive market, it is imperative that the TAS consistently ensures that candidates have a positiveexperience during the Cleveland Clinic London recruitment process, irrespective of outcome, and that isaligned to Cleveland Clinic London’s values.
The role will oversee candidate attraction, steer the recruitment selection process and support with a seamlesstransfer to post-hire compliance activity.

Send out offer letters and contracts of employment in a timely manner.
Ensure all hiring administration is completed prior to sending recruitment file into the Compliance Team for compliance checks.
Align with Talent Business Partner to maintain hiring metrics & key SLA’s and provide periodic activity and performance reports.
