We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Client Care Advisor to join our friendly team. As a Client Care Advisor you'll be the welcoming face and calm voice of our practice.
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional, yet sensitive manner
- Answering the telephone, dealing with queries, transferring calls, and taking messages where applicable
- Liaising with referring vets and accurately recording details
- Updating in-house notes system clearly and accurately
- Coordinating appointments with the animals owners
- Taking card and cash payments
40 hours per week including one Saturday morning per month. Shift patterns would be typically 8-2pm, 8-4pm, 8-6pm, 9.45-6.45pm, 11.00-7.30pm.
