A dedicated veterinary specialty practice in Runcorn is looking for a board-certified or residency-trained oncologist to join their oncology team. Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a board-certified or residency‑trained oncologist to join our dedicated oncology team at Northwest Veterinary Specialists on a full or part‑time, permanent contract.

We have a strong and supportive oncology team with three board‑certified oncologists and four dedicated oncology nurses. Our purpose‑built oncology suite offers a dedicated chemotherapy room, and advanced therapies including lymph node mapping, electrochemotherapy and superficial radiation. We have a busy and varied caseload and pride ourselves on ensuring that we provide an outstanding service to our patients and clients.

The role

As an oncology clinician, you will manage a wide range of challenging and rewarding cases. Supported by a highly skilled team of nurses, anaesthetists, imaging and surgery specialists you will be empowered to develop innovative treatment plans and techniques that ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
