OVERVIEW

As Senior Operational Account Manager, you are responsible for the operational setup, management, and development of relationships with Sportradar’s Odds and Live Data clients. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for top tier clients of the sportsbook industry and internal departments and will coordinate responses and feedback to provide solutions to client queries. The ideal candidate is someone with an excellent sports trading background with exceptional communication skills and can work cross-functionally with multiple departments across the company.

Your Role – The Challenge
  • Support clients during product launches and throughout their lifecycle
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key Odds and Live Data clients
  • Present Odds and Event Data products, lead workshops, and provide training on Sportradar tools
  • Act as the main contact for key clients, helping resolve issues and coordinating with internal teams
  • Understand client needs, prioritize them with the product team, and support product development when needed
  • Prepare reports, updates, and insights for stakeholders and management
Your Profile
  • 4+ years of experience in sports trading or analytics, ideally with trading room responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of sports betting, markets, and odds management
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with decision‑makers and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindsetTeam player with integrity and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Curious and creative thinker, eager to improve systems and processes
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); able to analyze trading data to spot patterns

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
