Job description

We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Client Care Advisor to join our friendly team. We're looking for a kind, proactive and communicative individual who thrives in a caring and dynamic environment. As a Client Care Advisor you'll be the welcoming face and calm voice of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional, yet sensitive manner
  • Answering the telephone, dealing with queries, transferring calls, and taking messages where applicable
  • Liaising with referring vets and accurately recording details
  • Updating in-house notes system clearly and accurately
  • Coordinating appointments with the animals owners
  • Taking card and cash payments
Shift patterns and hours

40 hours per week including one Saturday morning per month. Shift patterns would be typically 8-2pm, 8-4pm, 8-6pm, 9.45-6.45pm, 11.00-7.30pm.
