Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in Towcester is seeking an Account Manager Delivery Lead to network with candidates and develop opportunities within Financial Services clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment account management, exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills, and have a strong ambition to deliver high-quality client services. This role involves maintaining CRM systems and engaging hard-to-find candidates for vacancies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in client services and/or account management in recruitment is essential.
- Highly refined influencing skills and a good sense of humour are preferred.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Effectively network with candidates at various levels.
- Develop opportunities within existing Financial Services clients.
- Identify and engage hard-to-find candidates for live vacancies.
- Maintain up-to-date client and candidate records on CRM.

You’ll have well refined business skills, a proven track record of deliver high quality services to high demand clients. - Effectively network with a variety of candidates both passive and active – principally at Project and Programme management level, but also up to Exec level.
- Develop client opportunities within existing Financial Services clients, while maintaining an excellent delivery ratio’s.
- Identify, filter and engage hard to find candidates for live vacancies and effectively managing our unique candidate validation process.
- Keep up to date client and candidate records on our CRM system.
- Previous Client services and/or Account Management in the Recruitment industry essential
- A confident communicator, with highly refined influencing skills, drive and energy and a good sense of humour
- Ambition and a strong desire to deliver high quality client services.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
