We are a small company providing high-class, pre-booked travel by car.

Summary of Position

A member of a small team taking and processing bookings of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing customer telephone bookings
  • Processing customer e‑mail bookings
  • Processing quotations for customers
  • Operating bespoke computer system
  • Supporting team members
  • Occasional flexibility in working days to cover holidays/sickness
Requirements
  • Education Good education – GCSE level preferred. Previous experience not essential as full training will be given.
  • Office Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Good knowledge of Google Drive, Understanding of customer service, Understanding of travel industry, Organised and attention to detail.
  • Personal Attributes Good communication skills, Able to take initiative, Able to work as a team member, Able to maintain confidentiality, Willingness to learn.
