Job summary
A leading ecological consultancy is seeking an Associate for Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) to spearhead the growth of their services. You will lead BNG projects, interacting with clients and stakeholders while mentoring colleagues. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in biodiversity metrics and a strong grasp of policy and best practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence BNG delivery in a meaningful way, alongside a talented team dedicated to promoting ecological health.
Qualifications
- Strong experience delivering BNG under the statutory biodiversity metric.
- A deep understanding of policy, legislation and best practice.
- Confidence engaging with clients, LPAs and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leading the planning and delivery of BNG solutions.
- Advising clients and stakeholders with solutions-focused guidance.
- Mentoring and developing ecology and BNG colleagues.
