Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Scheduler for a Leicestershire client. The role involves scheduling works for various tradespeople, supporting customer service, and managing repair follow-ups. Candidates should have experience in planning/scheduling within maintenance, familiarity with CRM systems, and ideally, experience addressing Damp and Mould issues. This is a temporary role offering £13 - £16.90 per hour, office-based in Leicestershire.
Qualifications
- Experience in planning or scheduling engineers in a maintenance or repair environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Experience with Damp and Mould issues is desired.
Responsibilities
- Utilise databases and CRM to schedule tradespeople.
- Understand construction skillsets for effective booking.
- Follow up on repairs raised by customers.
- Support excellent customer service for resolved issues.
- Respond to emergency repairs calmly.
