Qualifikationen
- 6+ PQE (or 3+ if exceptionally strong) in transactional corporate law.
- Experience in handling M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, and business sales.
- Comfortable running deals and mentoring junior lawyers.

Who we’re looking for
- 6+ PQE (or 3+ if exceptionally strong) in transactional corporate law
- Experienced in handling M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, and business sales

- Commercially sharp, strategic, and an excellent communicator
