Are you a commercially minded litigator ready to take the next step in your career? My client is looking to recruit a talented Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dynamic and growing team in Plymouth.

This Legal 500 ranked practice is a forward-thinking law firm with big ambitions. Their dispute resolution team is thriving, and now is an exciting time to join as they are in a period of significant growth.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including:

• Commercial and property litigation
• Breach of contract claims
• Shareholder and director disputes
• Contentious probate
• Asset and debt recovery
• Alternative dispute resolution

They will work with a diverse client base ranging from individuals and SMEs to larger corporates, providing strategic advice and guiding clients through complex, high-stakes disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings.

Requirements:

Our client is interested in speaking with confident, capable litigators with a commercial mindset and a passion for problem-solving. Candidates should have:
