Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive

Salary: Competitive, DOE

Due to expansion, my firm are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE who has a passion for residential property and ready to take the next step in their career. My firm is seeking a driven and dedicated professional to lead and grow its thriving Conveyancing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle your own caseload - Residential property matters independently.
• Supervise and mentor support staff - (Small team).
• Play an active role in business development - Including networking and building client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in all aspects of residential property conveyancing including freehold and leasehold properties, first registrations, auctions, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, site acquisition and development
• Strong business development skills with an initiative-taking approach to networking.
• A proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently and independently whilst delivering exceptional client care.
• A team player who’s keen to contribute to the department’s success.
