Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Exeter, £67,500+ (DOE) - We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join a leading law firm in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-profile, complex transactions while leading the continued growth and success of the practice. JOB REF:9188.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead on high-value commercial property transactions and complex legal matters.
• Manage and develop client relationships, providing exceptional service and guidance.
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the team, supporting their professional development.
• Play an active role in business development and growing the practice, leveraging your existing network and expertise.
• Ensure that all legal advice and work comply with current legislation and best practices.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• A strong track record in commercial property law, ideally with experience in handling complex, high-value matters.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing client relationships with both local and national clients.
• Strong business development skills, with a passion for growing the practice and contributing to the strategic direction of the team.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• An established network of contacts is essential
