A community-focused organization is seeking an Employer Relations Manager who will build relationships with employers and create job opportunities for those facing barriers to employment. This role requires strong sales abilities and a proactive approach to engaging businesses. Responsibilities include sourcing new employer partnerships, understanding workforce needs, and working with Employment Advisors to help individuals secure meaningful jobs. As an Employer Relations Manager, you'll be the bridge between local and national employers and the people we support into work. You will identify hiring needs, build relationships, promote our services, and create real job opportunities for participants facing barriers to employment.
