About the Role

Movements don’t just grow — they’re amplified.

We’re looking for volunteer PR and media specialists to help take our One Million Doors and Open Your Doors Day campaigns to national headlines, podcasts, and industry platforms. You’ll help make social mobility impossible to ignore by turning real stories into media moments.

Key Responsibilities
  • ✅ Write press releases, media pitches, and thought‑leadership copy
  • ✅ Build relationships with journalists, editors, and podcast hosts
  • ✅ Pitch employer inclusion success stories to national and trade media
  • ✅ Support milestone announcements (new partners, doors opened, impact moments)
  • ✅ Coordinate interview prep for campaign leaders and ambassadors
What We’re Looking For

You may be a PR professional, journalist, communications consultant or student with a passion for media and social impact. Strong storytelling ability and media outreach experience is key. We want someone who believes no young person’s career should be determined by birth.
