Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our facilities management team at a static site. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical background and experience working within an FM environment while supporting the smooth operation of building services and site infrastructure. This is a days-only role with no nights, shift work or weekend requirements. Overtime is also available.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on site
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults promptly
- Monitor and maintain building services systems to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site and company procedures
- Keep accurate records, job sheets, and maintenance logs
- Build strong working relationships with site staff, contractors, and FM teams
- Support site operations and take ownership of engineering tasks within your remit
- Qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Experience working in an FM role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of building services such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and controls
- Able to work independently with a proactive and professional approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
