We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Site Operative to join our recycling centre team in Dartford. This hands‑on role involves supporting the public with safe and efficient recycling of household waste. What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the public with safe disposal of household waste and promoting effective recycling
• Greeting customers and maintaining a helpful, positive attitude
• Keeping the site clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety regulations
• Using digital devices to manage bookings, vouchers, and electronic payments
• Reporting safety issues promptly to site management
• Performing regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, litter picking, and spill control
• Reinforcing site rules and promoting responsible site usage
• Wearing a body camera (provided) to support site safety for both staff and customers
