Facilities Project Manager

Company Overview

R. Twinings & Company is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Site Project Manager to lead and deliver site infrastructure projects across our Andover site, aligned with the site Capex agenda. This pivotal role ensures safety, reliability, and compliance in everything we do while supporting strategic development and operational excellence.

You will play a critical role in supporting department managers to deliver Health & Safety policy in line with legislation and best practice guidelines. You will act as a Responsible Person and/or Duty Holder for electrical compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and lead site compliance, obsolescence, infrastructure, and energy efficiency projects from concept to completion
  • Plan, execute, and manage projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and risk management strategies
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to meet quality and compliance standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and change control processes
  • Manage and control contractors on site in line with local processes and CDM Regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices
  • Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and handover activities
  • Champion adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
  • Serve as a Responsible Person and/or Duty Holder for site hard services (electrical/mechanical systems), ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance
  • Support development of H&S policy, compliance reviews, and action tracking
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments, providing technical guidance and decision-making

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with successful delivery track record
  • Recognized project management qualification
  • Solid knowledge of technical regulations
  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 qualified engineer (ideally electrical bias)
  • HNC/HND in engineering
  • Good understanding of CDM Regulations and legislation
Desired:
  • Experience with LV/HV electrical distribution (AP/SAP level)
  • Previous experience as Site Electrical Duty Holder
  • Knowledge and experience in energy management programs
  • Background in food manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environments
