About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple luxury hospitality fit‑out projects ranging from high‑end hotels to premium bars and restaurants. This role is ideal for a confident leader with a proven track record delivering exceptional interiors within the hospitality sector.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day site management across several locations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship. The position requires strong client‑facing skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to manage fast‑paced, design‑led environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the full site operations across projects in Horsham, Ascot, and Winchester
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site compliance
  • Ensure high‑quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the fit‑out process
  • Drive progress to meet programme schedules and project milestones
